There were two options for this slide: use a prepared slide or make your own cheek cell slide.

There were three microscopes, each with different kind of bacteria. You were to look at each scope and determine two things: 1- are the bacteria Gram positive or negative and 2- what shape are they (cocci, bacilli, or spirilla). Refer to the lab exercise for more information.
